Modeling PAS10 White is a budget-friendly resin material for models of generic dimensions and precision, featuring moderate strength and high toughness, not easily to crack. Printed object is fast-curing, making post-processing fast and convenient. Excellent appearance performance and color stability. Low in viscosity and odor.
1.2 Recommendations on Applications
1. Figures, mecha parts with many curved and flat parts.
2. Appearance prototype validation.
1.3 Precautions
1.
The is a tough material, and the support parameters are based on the supports added automatically in Blueprint Studio. If you need to edit supports manually, make sure the supports are sufficient.
2.
It is recommended to manually shake/stir the liquid resin. Shake the resin cartridge before use, for 45 to 90 seconds (not exceeding 180 seconds). Before each print, the resin in the resin tank should be stirred or filtered back into the cartridge and shaken in the cartridge, to ensure there is no color powder sediment.
3.
Before printing, check the condition of the resin tank's release film (the bottom of the tank). In case of issues occur to print parts such as deformation, whitening (blushing), release film's severe wear, etc., the film should be replaced.
4.
The material is not suitable for models with fine, detailed structures such as thin walls, long cantilevers, tiny holes, or small gaps.
1.4 Performance
Note: The properties were results of testing with HeyGears UltraCraft Cure curing machine, dry-cured for 10 min.
2.1 Design Parameters of Minimum Construction Performance
Note: The table presents the design requirements to guarantee at least the minimum construction performance of the material. Design parameters below them would lead to detail missing or print failure.
2.2 Recommended Design Parameters
Design parameters are recommended below for various kinds of structures which guarantee the printing success rate.
